What forms of payment are accepted:

• Сards of any banks types;
• PayPal.

Note:
When you are placing an order, discounts and promotional codes do not apply to shipping fee.

SHIPPING

GENERAL INFORMATION

All international orders are shipped from South Korea via EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping is available only to countries where EMS service is supported.

Delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the destination country and local postal operations. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid separately by the recipient.

SHIPPING COSTS

• International: $25  —  EMS Delivery from the warehouse in South Korea.

SHIPPING TIME

• EMS: 7–14 business days depending on the destination country

Note: Delivery estimates do not include possible customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

If direct delivery is not possible, the local postal or courier service may contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery method or pickup location.
– Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders may be delayed or returned if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
– In some countries, EMS parcels may be delivered to a local post office instead of directly to the recipient’s address. In such cases, the recipient will be notified and is responsible for collecting the parcel.
