What forms of payment are accepted:

When you are placing an order, discounts and promotional codes do not apply to shipping fee.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All international orders are shipped from South Korea via EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping is available only to countries where EMS service is supported.

Delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the destination country and local postal operations. For selected European destinations, the applicable customs duty is calculated and included in the final order total at checkout. Other local taxes, import charges, or customs requirements may still apply according to the destination country’s regulations.

SHIPPING COSTS

• International: $25  —  EMS Delivery from the warehouse in South Korea.
• International: $27.25  —  EMS Premium from the warehouse in South Korea.

• EMS: 7–14 business days depending on the destination country

SPECIAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS FOR SELECTED EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS

For orders shipped to the following destinations, only EMS Premium delivery is available:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, and Romania.

A customs duty is automatically calculated based on the types of products included in the order:

• All cosmetic products are treated as one category and are subject to a single €3 customs duty, regardless of the quantity ordered.
• An additional €3 is charged for each different merchandise category included in the order, such as brushes, cosmetic bags, or hair bands.
• Multiple units from the same category do not increase the customs duty.

For example:

• Cosmetics only: €3
• Cosmetics + brush: €6
• Cosmetics + brush + hair band: €9

The customs duty is converted into USD, displayed separately at checkout, and included in the final order total.

The customs duty is included in the final order total and is paid together with the order.

Please note that any additional local taxes, import charges, or customs requirements imposed by the destination country or governed by local regulations have to be paid by the recipient.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

If direct delivery is not possible, the local postal or courier service may contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery method or pickup location.
– Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders may be delayed or returned if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
– In some countries, EMS parcels may be delivered to a local post office instead of directly to the recipient’s address. In such cases, the recipient will be notified and is responsible for collecting the parcel.
