Account Information

How to register an account?

Click the “My Account” icon in the upper right corner of the page, and enter the requested data. Please make sure you provide the correct email address.
After filling out all the fields click on the “Register” button. Within 5 minutes you will receive a letter about the successful registration.

How to change my account’s password?

Go to “Account details” in your personal account. Find the “Password change” section. Enter the old password in the “Current Password” field, enter the new password in the “New Password” field, enter repeat it again in the “Confirm New Password” field. Save your changes.

How can I recover my password?

Go to the “Login” page, click “Forgot your password?”.
Enter the email address which you registered your account with. Within a few minutes, a message with a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address.

How to delete an account?

To delete your account, send a request to this email address: info@bohicare.com.
Indicate “Account deletion” in the subject of the letter.

How to change the address in your personal account?

Go to “Addresses” in your personal account. Click the “Edit” button. Change necessary data in the fields. Save your changes.

How quickly will be my order shipped out?

We spend no more than 3 working days to ship out each order.

How long will it take to deliver an order?

Delivery time is about 2 weeks from the date when the parcel have been passed to the carrier.
We make every effort to ensure that the expected delivery times are accurate, but sometimes there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control: holidays and high workload of logistics companies, peculiarities of customs clearance of the destination countries, disruption of air traffic between countries, other unforeseen situations.
If you do not receive your order within the expected time, please contact us and we will help you to sort out this issue.

How to track my order?

Go to your account and click “Orders”. There you will see the tracking information about your orders.

Can I change the shipping address of placed order?

You can change the delivery address as long as the order has not been passed to the carrier.
To change the address of an already placed order, please send a request to this email address: orders@bohicare.com.
Indicate “Change of the delivery address.” in the subject of the letter.

Can I cancel an order, exchange or return an item?

Cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase or if the order status is “Pending”.
After the status’ve been changed you will no longer be able to cancel the order. But you can contact our administration at this email address: orders@bohicare.com.
Indicate “Refund/Cancellation” in the subject of the letter.
If order cancellation is available, you need to click the “Cancel Order” button. Your application will be sent to the administrator.

Do I need to pay customs duty?

For receiving international parcels from online stores in some countries, you may need to pay customs duties. Please note that this should be solved by customer independently and paid separately.
Please take into account the customs regulations of your country of residence when ordering.

Do Bohicare products have an expiration date?

Like any cosmetics, Bohicare products have an expiration date. You will find this information on the packaging.

Are Bohicare products tested on animals?

Bohicare does not test its products on animals. Thanks to advances in modern science, animal testing is no longer necessary to guarantee the safety of a product.
