Условия акции бренда Bohicare «Magic Box и Magic Ticket»
1.1. Акция проводится в рамках продвижения набора Magic Box, в одном из которых случайным образом размещен уникальный Magic Ticket.
1.2. Данный документ регламентирует правила проведения акции и получения приза.
2.1. Акция стартует с момента начала продаж набора Magic Box и продолжается до момента завершения всех продаж или до объявления об окончании акции со стороны организатора.
2.2. Продажа наборов будет прекращена по решению организатора без предварительного уведомления участников.
3.1. Главный приз: Magic Ticket — билет на тур “Spring Tour in Korea” с датами с 1 по 7 апреля 2025 года.
3.2. В тур включены: Проживание. Внутренние трансферы (включая перелет Сеул — Чеджу — Сеул). Обеды и ужины. Экскурсионная программа.
3.3. Важно: Перелеты из страны проживания победителя в Сеул и обратно оплачиваются победителем самостоятельно.
4.1. В рамках акции разыгрывается только один Magic Ticket, который случайным образом помещен в один из наборов Magic Box.
4.2. Выигравший получит все указанные в туре привилегии, за исключением самостоятельных расходов.
5.1. Участником акции может стать любой совершеннолетний покупатель набора Magic Box.
5.2. Один из наборов Magic Box случайным образом содержит Magic Ticket.
5.3. Если участник находит Magic Ticket, необходимо выполнить следующие действия: Связаться с официальной службой поддержки Bohicare через личные сообщения в Instagram-аккаунте бренда. Для подтверждения выигрыша предоставить: Фотографию набора Magic Box. Фотографию найденного билета Magic Ticket. Сообщить свои контактные данные для организации участия в туре.
5.4. Приз не подлежит обмену на деньги или другие призы.
5.5. Возврат набора Magic Box после вскрытия содержимого невозможен.
6.1. Magic Ticket имеет уникальный дизайн.
6.2. Организатор оставляет за собой право проверки подлинности Magic Ticket.
6.3. Победитель обязан связаться с Bohicare не позднее 15 февраля 2025 года. В противном случае право на участие в туре будет утрачено.
6.4. Magic Ticket не может быть обменен на денежный эквивалент или другие призы.
7.1. Тур “Spring Tour in Korea” пройдет с 1 по 7 апреля 2025 года.
7.2. Локации тура: Сеул и остров Чеджу.
7.3. Перенос тура на другие даты невозможен.
7.4. Победитель может передать Magic Ticket другому совершеннолетнему лицу, уведомив об этом организатора не позднее 20 февраля 2025 года.
7.5. Победитель самостоятельно оформляет визу в Южную Корею, если она требуется, и несет все расходы, связанные с получением визы.
8.1. Magic Ticket случайным образом помещен в один из наборов Magic Box.
8.2. Организатор гарантирует полную прозрачность розыгрыша.
9.1. В случае форс-мажорных обстоятельств (например, эпидемии, закрытия границ или природных катаклизмов) тур не компенсируется и не переносится.
9.2. Организатор не несет ответственности за невозможность получения визы или въезда в Южную Корею, а также за любые другие обстоятельства, которые могут помешать участию в туре.
10.1. Покупка набора Magic Box автоматически означает согласие участника с условиями акции.
10.2. Набор Magic Box после вскрытия содержимого возврату не подлежит.
10.3. Организатор оставляет за собой право уточнять условия акции при необходимости, уведомляя участников через официальные каналы связи.
Terms and Conditions of the Bohicare "Magic Box and Magic Ticket" Promotion
1.1. The promotion is held in support of the Magic Box set, one of which randomly contains a unique Magic Ticket.
1.2. This document outlines the rules of the promotion and the prize collection process.
2.1. The promotion begins when the Magic Box sets are made available for sale and continues until all sets are sold or the organizer announces the end of the promotion.
2.2. Sales of the sets may be discontinued at the discretion of the organizer without prior notice to participants.
3.1. The grand prize: Magic Ticket — a ticket for the “Spring Tour in Korea” with dates from April 1 to 7, 2025.
3.2. The tour includes: Accommodation. Internal transfers (including the flight from Seoul to Jeju and back). Lunches and dinners. Sightseeing program.
3.3. Important: Flights from the winner’s country of residence to Seoul and back are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid for independently.
4.1. Only one Magic Ticket will be awarded as part of the promotion, randomly placed in one of the Magic Box sets.
4.2. The winner will receive all privileges included in the tour, except for personal expenses.
5.1. Any adult buyer of a Magic Box set can participate in the promotion.
5.2. One of the Magic Box sets randomly contains a Magic Ticket.
5.3. If a participant finds the Magic Ticket, they must: Contact Bohicare’s official customer support via direct message on the brand’s Instagram account. To confirm the win, provide: A photograph of the Magic Box set. A photograph of the Magic Ticket. Their contact details for organizing the tour.
5.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.
5.5. The Magic Box set cannot be returned once opened.
6.1. The Magic Ticket has a unique design.
6.2. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Magic Ticket.
6.3. The winner must contact Bohicare no later than February 15, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the right to participate in the tour.
6.4. The Magic Ticket cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.
7.1. The “Spring Tour in Korea” will take place from April 1 to 7, 2025.
7.2. Tour locations: Seoul and Jeju Island.
7.3. The tour cannot be rescheduled to different dates.
7.4. The winner may transfer the Magic Ticket to another adult, provided the organizer is notified no later than February 20, 2025.
7.5. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for a visa to South Korea if required.
8.1. The Magic Ticket is randomly placed in one of the Magic Box sets.
8.2. The organizer guarantees full transparency in the drawing process.
9.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as epidemics, border closures, or natural disasters), the tour will not be compensated or rescheduled.
9.2. The organizer is not responsible for the winner’s inability to obtain a visa or enter South Korea, nor for any other circumstances that may prevent participation in the tour.
10.1. Purchasing the Magic Box set automatically signifies the participant’s agreement to the promotion’s terms and conditions.
10.2. The Magic Box set cannot be returned once opened.
