How to register an account?<\/h4>

Click the \u201cMy Account\u201d icon in the upper right corner of the page, and enter the requested data. Please make sure you provide the correct email address.
After filling out all the fields click on the \u201cRegister\u201d button. Within 5 minutes you will receive a letter about the successful registration.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How to change my account\u2019s password?<\/h4>

Go to \u201cAccount details\u201d in your personal account.\u00a0Find the \u201cPassword change\u201d section.\u00a0Enter the old password in the \u201cCurrent Password\u201d field, enter the new password in the \u201cNew Password\u201d field, enter repeat it again in the \u201cConfirm New Password\u201d field.\u00a0Save your changes.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How can I recover my password?<\/h4>

Go to the \u201cLogin\u201d page, click \u201cForgot your password?\u201d.
Enter the email address which you registered your account with. Within a few minutes, a message with a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How to delete an account?<\/h4>

To delete your account, send a request to this email address: info@bohicare.com.

How long will it take to deliver an order?<\/h4>

Delivery time is about 2 weeks from the date when the parcel have been passed to the carrier.
We make every effort to ensure that the expected delivery times are accurate, but sometimes there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control: holidays and high workload of logistics companies, peculiarities of customs clearance of the destination countries, disruption of air traffic between countries, other unforeseen situations.

Can I change the shipping address of placed order?<\/h4>

You can change the delivery address as long as the order has not been passed to the carrier.
To change the address of an already placed order, please send a request to this email address: orders@bohicare.com.
Indicate \u201cChange of the delivery address.\u201d in the subject of the letter.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Can I cancel an order, exchange or return an item?<\/h4>

Cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase or if the order status is \u201cPending\u201d.
After the status\u2019ve been changed you will no longer be able to cancel the order. But you can contact our administration at this email address: orders@bohicare.com.
Indicate \u201cRefund\/Cancellation\u201d in the subject of the letter.
If order cancellation is available, you need to click the \u201cCancel Order\u201d button. Your application will be sent to the administrator.
