GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders can be shipped from a warehouse located in South Korea or Russian Federation. The choice of warehouse is made by the buyer based on the recipient’s location.
Please note that customs duties may be applied when receiving international parcels from online stores in certain countries. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this matter is regulated by the buyers themselves and is paid separately. When placing an order, please consider the customs regulations of the country of residence.
SHIPPING COSTS
377.20 rub – delivery within Russian Federation, shipped via CDEK/Post of Russia from the warehouse in Russian Federation.
$15 – delivery to 19 countries, shipped via K-Packet (postal international delivery of small parcels up to 1kg) from a warehouse in South Korea.
$25 – delivery to all countries, shipped via EMS from the warehouse in South Korea.
Note: Russian buyers can also order from the warehouse in South Korea if the product they want is not available for order from warehouse in Russian Federation. In this case, delivery will be made via EMS from South Korea to Russian Federation.
SHIPPING TIME
CDEK: 3-8 business days, depending on the recipient’s location.
K-Packet: 10-20 days depending on the recipient’s country.
EMS: 7-14 days, depending on the recipient’s country.
DELIVERY VIA CDEK IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION
For orders within Russian Federation, please provide your home address. No self-delivery option is required for CDEK deliveries. If delivery to the specified address is not possible, the company will reach out to clarify the information.
DELIVERY VIA K-PACKET
Shipping to: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, US, Vietnam.
Please note that the recipient himself picks up the parcel at the post office. The parcel will not be delivered to the doors.
CANCEL ORDER/REFUND
Cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase.
Only perfumery and cosmetic products of good quality are not subject to exchange or return.
After receiving the goods you can return or exchange it only under two conditions:
– When deficiencies are found;
– If reliable or necessary information about the purchased products was not provided.
Important information:
– Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
– Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
– If a discount was applied to a certain total amount, and after the return the required amount does not match, the full discount on the entire order is deducted when the money is returned.
– The return is issued only after the parcel with the goods is delivered back to Bohicare warehouse.
– If it is not possible to send the goods back to the warehouse, the refund is at the discretion of the Bohicare store.
– Bohicare is not responsible for items returned by mistake. Order cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase.
