Refund and Returns Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please note: promotional codes and discounts do not apply to shipping fees.
RETURNS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
After shipment, returns are accepted only in case of confirmed manufacturing defects, such as: broken dropper, damaged ampoule, defective dispenser, significant packaging damage affecting product integrity
CONDITIONS FOR DEFECT RETURNS
To qualify for a return due to defect:
- the product must be unused and returned in the condition received;
- the return must be approved in advance via email;
- the product must be delivered back to the Bohicare warehouse before refund processing;
- the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed by the Seller.
If a defect is confirmed, return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
The Seller is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization or returned by mistake.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
