Since March of this year, the brand has launched a new project called the Bohicare Privilege Club, which is a closed club exclusive to the brand’s fans and connoisseurs.
Svetlana Son, the founder of the brand, emphasizes the importance of customer feedback and interaction. She states, “We always want to be in dialogue with our customers. These are not just words, but concrete steps that we are taking. The opening of the club of privileges is one of such steps.”
A membership is granted to customers who have made purchases worth more than 1500$ on the Bohicare official website. And the membership is confirmed by a handmade butterfly pendant, which is the symbol of the brand. The first ten pendants and club memberships will be given as a gift to Bohicare “Spring box” buyers in March of this year. Club members will have exclusive access to special offers, brand gifts, and invitations to future events.
