Условия акции бренда Bohicare «ADVENT CALENDAR»
1.1. Акция проводится в рамках продвижения набора Bohicare Advent Calendar, в одном из которых случайным образом размещен подарочный билет.
1.2. Данный документ регламентирует правила проведения акции и получения приза.
2.1. Акция стартует с момента начала продаж Bohicare Advent Calendar и продолжается до момента завершения всех продаж или до объявления об окончании акции со стороны организатора.
2.2. Продажа наборов будет прекращена по решению организатора без предварительного уведомления участников.
3.1. Главный приз: сертификат на перелет в Корею и обратно из страны проживания победителя.
3.2. Условия использования:
Сертификат покрывает только стоимость перелета туда и обратно, отправление — из текущей страны проживания победителя. Срок действия сертификата — до 31 декабря 2026 года. Все дополнительные расходы, включая проживание, питание, трансферы и экскурсионные программы, победитель оплачивает самостоятельно.
3.3. Примечание:
Сертификат не включает проживание и иные сопутствующие услуги.
4.1. В рамках акции разыгрывается только один сертификат, который случайным образом помещен в один из наборов Bohicare Advent Calendar.
5.1. Участником акции может стать любой совершеннолетний покупатель набора Bohicare Advent Calendar
5.2. Один из наборов Bohicare Advent Calendar случайным образом содержит сертификат.
5.3. Если участник находит сертификат, необходимо выполнить следующие действия: Связаться с официальной службой поддержки Bohicare через личные сообщения в Instagram-аккаунте бренда. Для подтверждения выигрыша предоставить: Фотографию набора Bohicare Advent Calendar. Фотографию найденного сертификата. Сообщить свои контактные данные для получения подарка.
5.4. Приз не подлежит обмену на деньги или другие призы.
5.5. Возврат набора Bohicare Advent Calendar после вскрытия невозможен.
6.1. Сертификат имеет уникальный дизайн.
6.2. Организатор оставляет за собой право проверки подлинности сертификата.
6.3. Победитель обязан связаться с Bohicare не позднее 1 марта 2026 года. В противном случае право на получение приза будет утрачено.
6.4. Сертификат не может быть обменен на денежный эквивалент или другие призы.
7.1. Сертификат действует до 31 декабря 2026 года.
7.2. Сертификат покрывает только перелет туда и обратно в Сеул из страны проживания победителя.
7.3. Победитель может передать сертификат другому совершеннолетнему лицу, заблаговременно уведомив об этом организатора в письменной форме.
7.4. Победитель самостоятельно оформляет визу в Южную Корею, если она требуется, и несет все расходы, связанные с получением визы.
8.1. Сертификат случайным образом помещен в один из наборов Bohicare Advent Calendar.
8.2. Организатор гарантирует полную прозрачность розыгрыша и отсутствие какого-либо вмешательства в процесс определения победителя.
9.1. В случае форс-мажорных обстоятельств (например, эпидемии, закрытия границ, природных катаклизмов и иных событий, не зависящих от организатора) использование сертификата на перелет не компенсируется и не переносится.
9.2. Организатор не несет ответственности за невозможность получения визы, отказ во въезде в Южную Корею, отмену рейсов или любые другие обстоятельства, которые могут помешать использованию сертификата.
10.1. Покупка набора Bohicare Advent Calendar автоматически означает согласие участника с условиями акции.
10.2. Набор Bohicare Advent Calendar после вскрытия содержимого возврату не подлежит.
10.3. Организатор оставляет за собой право уточнять условия акции при необходимости, уведомляя участников через официальные каналы связи.
Terms and Conditions of the Bohicare "Magic Box and Magic Ticket" Promotion
1.1. The promotion is held as part of the marketing campaign for the Bohicare Advent Calendar, one of which contains a unique gift certificate placed at random.
1.2. This document establishes the rules of the promotion and the procedure for receiving the prize.
2.1. The promotion begins at the start of sales of the Bohicare Advent Calendar and continues until all sets are sold out or until the organizer announces the end of the promotion.
2.2. The organizer may stop sales at any time without prior notice to participants.
3.1. Grand Prize: a certificate for a round-trip flight to Korea and back from the winner’s country of residence.
3.2. Certificate Usage Conditions:
The certificate covers only the cost of the round-trip flight, departing from the winner’s current country of residence. The certificate is valid until December 31, 2026. All additional expenses, including accommodation, meals, transfers and excursion programs, are to be paid by the winner.
3.3. Note:
The certificate does not include accommodation or any other accompanying services.
4.1. Only one certificate is awarded within the promotion; it is placed at random inside one Bohicare Advent Calendar set.
5.1. Any adult purchaser of a Bohicare Advent Calendar may participate in the promotion.
5.2. One of the Bohicare Advent Calendar sets contains the certificate at random.
5.3. If a participant finds the certificate, they must contact Bohicare’s official support via direct message to the brand’s Instagram account, provide a photo of the Bohicare Advent Calendar set and a photo of the certificate found inside, and share their contact details for prize processing.
5.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other rewards.
5.5. The Bohicare Advent Calendar cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
6.1. The certificate has a unique design.
6.2. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the certificate.
6.3. The winner must contact Bohicare no later than March 1, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
6.4. The certificate cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent or any other benefits.
7.1. The certificate is valid until December 31, 2026.
7.2. The certificate covers only a round-trip flight to Seoul from the winner’s country of residence.
7.3. The winner may transfer the certificate to another adult, provided they notify the organizer in writing in advance.
7.4. The winner is responsible for obtaining a visa to South Korea, if required, and for all expenses associated with visa processing.
8.1. The certificate is placed at random inside one of the Bohicare Advent Calendar sets.
8.2. The organizer guarantees full transparency of the draw and confirms that no interference occurs in determining the winner.
9.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as epidemics, border closures, natural disasters or other events beyond the organizer’s control), the use of the flight certificate is not subject to compensation or postponement.
9.2. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to obtain a visa, denial of entry to South Korea, flight cancellations or any other circumstances that may prevent the use of the certificate.
10.1. The purchase of a Bohicare Advent Calendar automatically signifies the participant’s agreement with these terms and conditions.
10.2. The Bohicare Advent Calendar cannot be returned once the contents have been opened.
10.3. The organizer reserves the right to amend the promotion terms if necessary, notifying participants through official communication channels.
